Best thing about Colbert is that when he nails it, he nails it.
I feel like Colbert is one of the best examples of religious you can ever get. He’s Catholic. He’s one of 11 kids. He teaches SUNDAY SCHOOL. And it never comes off like he’s judging you because you don’t follow his exact path.
I’m an atheist, and I feel like Colbert gets me in a lot of ways. It means a lot.
Love Stephen Colbert.

The three crater lakes of Kelimutu volcano in Indonesia are seen in a satellite photo. The three lakes periodically vary in color independent of each other. Geologists believe the three lakes change color as a result of chemical reactions between the minerals in the lakes and volcanic gas. (Source)

Fingal’s Cave // Staffa, Scotland
Fingal’s Cave is found on the uninhabited island of Staffa. It was formed by a Paleocene lava flow that left hexagonally jointed basalt columns. Cooling of the lava caused contraction and fracturing of the rock in a hexagonal pattern that was perpendicular to the cooling surface. The cracks eventually extended towards the middle of the flow forming the columns that are still here today.
